Result: System detects same IP/Device. Both accounts get banned instantly.

Ignoring Turnover (Wagering)

"Free 1000 Taka? Nice! I'll withdraw it immediately."

Result: Withdrawal rejected. You are forced to bet 10,000+ Taka before unlocking the funds.

Using Someone Else's bKash

"I don't have bKash, I'll use my friend's account to deposit."

Result: Security flag. Third-party deposits are often treated as money laundering or theft.

Sending to Old Agent Numbers

Result: Money sent to an inactive SIM. Fund Lost.

Playing Drunk or Angry

Result: The tool is fake. You wasted 500 Taka and probably installed a virus.

If you used the "Self-Exclusion" tool, the answer is usually No until the time period expires (e.g., 7 days or 30 days). This is for your protection.

Can I delete my account permanently?

Yes. Contact Live Chat and request permanent deletion. They will disable your login, but some data may be kept for legal/financial regulations.

Is it illegal to use a VPN?
